Age, Eligibility, and Guardian Information
Some Marcoby services, including purchases, subscriptions, hosting, domain registration, and related marketplace services available through Marcoby Pulse, may require the customer to be legally able to enter into a binding contract.
To support those requirements, we may collect and process date of birth and, when necessary, parent or legal guardian contact information, account-holder information, and supporting verification details. We use this information only to determine eligibility, verify that a responsible adult is associated with the account where required, prevent fraud, comply with registrar, hosting, payment processor, and legal obligations, and maintain appropriate records for those services.
If we determine that an account is being used to purchase or manage services requiring contractual capacity and the account holder is under the required age without an authorized parent or guardian acting as the responsible account holder, we may restrict, suspend, or require additional verification for the affected services.
